A real Carolina Barbeque Dinner at its best. Our hams are slowly roasted over hickory coals in our old fashioned pits, basted with our own Carolina Goldﾮ Sauce and chopped into delicious chunks with more BBQ Sauce added. We use only the best ingredients in our BBQ HASH and its served over RICE, which is a delicacy found only in the Carolinas. Our BBQ Baked Beans are also cooked over our pits to give them that hickory smoked flavor.
